controller shortage. Yet, somehow, the industry was able to muddle through.
BEST AIRLINE CONSOLIDATOR
Airlines sometimes make discounted tickets available to a
consolidator. In effect, the consolidator acts as a broker.
Discounted or not, the consolidator still must sell the
tickets.
Nobody does it better than Centrav. The company’s vast
network puts it at the fingertips of nearly every travel advisor.
In a day and age of frustrating telephone automation and
long wait times, Centrav manages to cut through the clutter.
Maybe that’s why they are a multiple Travvy Award winner.

BEST AIRLINE – DOMESTIC
Year in and year out, under the leadership of CEO Ed
Bastian, Delta Air Lines has risen above even the most mundane problems and
distinguished itself.
From contract talks to scheduling, Delta seemingly gets out
in front of almost every issue.
The airline's consistent performance reflects it and is a
testament to the foresight of Bastian, who was among the first to recognize the
coming pilot shortage issue even before the pandemic.
Delta (Gold); United (Silver); American (Bronze)
BEST AIRLINE – INTERNATIONAL
It takes a lot to nudge out one of the Gulf airlines from
the top spot, but Air Canada did just that.
It’s even more complicated when your reputation and calling
card are based on your sterling service. That’s not to imply that Air Canada
has a poor reputation for being late or something similar.
It doesn’t.
But its service is extraordinary and really sets it apart.
Air Canada (Gold); Emirates (Silver); Qatar Airways (Bronze)
