AmaWaterways is launching a new “Latin Touch” Christmas markets cruise in 2025. Designed for Spanish-speaking travelers, the voyage will be offered onboard the 162-guest AmaVenit.
Departing December 15, 2025, from Basel, the cruise will sail through Switzerland, France, Germany and the Netherlands, offering travelers a chance to make merry during the festive season.
Guests can also add on an optional three-night pre-cruise land trip around Lake Como.
The cruise will be hosted by a bilingual cruise manager and will feature a daily tour with Spanish-speaking guides. The daily cruise programs, newsletters and menus will also be printed in Spanish, and guests can enjoy Zumba classes and Latin-inspired entertainment.
The newly announced itinerary will be the second “Latin Touch” cruise offered by AmaWaterways in 2025. In September, the river cruise line announced a “Latin Touch” voyage on the Douro River in Portugal.
That cruise proved so popular that AmaWaterways decided to add another one for 2025.
