North America’s longest-running tour
operator, Collette has announced a new and enhanced tool for travel
advisors.
With the launch of its Encompass Campaign, the 107-year-old
tour operator announced that it’s a “new era for doing business with Collette.”
Four new and enhanced self-service and learning tools
designed to provide travel
advisors with support to work more efficiently and grow their business
include:
- Travel Advisor Portal: Hub of customizable
content, links, and tools to help advisors sell, network and serve their
clients.
- Collette University: Library of quick,
self-paced courses designed to help advisors grow their business and serve
their clients.
- MyCollette: Self-service platform where advisors
can view and manage their bookings in one place.
- Travel Advisor Resource Guide: A 76-page guide
designed exclusively for advisors with resources to educate and foster growth.
“With a team highly
dedicated to the advisor experience, we were able to pinpoint the kinds of
support that’s powerful and meaningful to the advisor community,” said
Christian Leibl-Cote, Collette’s Executive Vice President of Global Sales.
He added, “Through advisor feedback and collaboration with
advisor focus groups, we were able to develop tools that allow advisors to sell
confidently and work more efficiently.”
Collette’s
self-service tools, MyCollette and the Travel Advisor Portal, are designed to
enhance efficiency while their learning tools, Collette University and the
Travel Advisor Resource Guide focus on building confidence in selling.
