James Beard award-winning chef Rocco Dispirito will serve a
three-night Thanksgiving residency at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis this fall in
collaboration with Andrea Ferrandi, the resort’s executive chef and his team.
The New York Times-bestselling author, chef and restaurateur’s
culinary residency will fuse his signature cuisine with the Caribbean flavors for which Nevis is known during two on-site restaurant
takeovers.
The events will take place at the resort’s
Mediterranean-inspired EsQuilina restaurant with dinners on Tuesday, November
26 and Friday, November 29, plus a special cooking demo and lunch on Wednesday,
November 27.
Beyond the celebrity chef’s menus, guests can enjoy Dispirito’s
expertly crafted cocktails and table-side touches of hospitality.
DiSpirito launched his culinary studies at the Culinary
Institute of America and worked with recognized global chefs at an early age.
He has previously been named Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chef and
appeared on Gourmet magazine’s cover.
Di Spirito most recently received two stars from the New
York Times as chef of New York’s Standard Grill. He has also appeared on popular
television programs including his Food Network series Melting Pot, the NBC reality
series The Restaurant and the A&E series Rocco Gets Real.
DiSpirito’s “exceptional talent and passion for culinary
excellence align perfectly with our commitment to delivering elevated dining
experiences for our guests,” said Billy Cueto, the Four Seasons’ general manager.
