The Grand Hyatt
brand, which already boasts a worldwide portfolio of luxury properties, is continuing
to expand its global footprint with new hotels in the most sought-after
destinations among guests, World of Hyatt members, customers and owners.
Starting with the most immediate openings of Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, Grand
Hyatt Barcelona and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences, the brand has unveiled some
details of the 10-plus new Grand Hyatt hotels with planned openings around the
world through 2027.
These developments
build on the brand’s recent milestones, including the April 2024 debut of Grand
Hyatt Barcelona, its first hotel in Spain, featuring 465 carefully crafted
guestrooms, and state-of-the-art wellness and meeting facilities. Additionally,
the December 2023 debut of Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences introduced opulent
living across a 33-floor residential tower, located just minutes from the
lively Sabah Al Salem area.
In order of their
expected opening dates, here are several more fresh Grand Hyatt properties that
are coming down the pipeline:
- Grand Hyatt Deer
Valley – This property will herald the brand’s debut in Utah and be the first
hotel to open in the new Deer Valley East Village development. It offers 436
luxury guestrooms, suites and residences, boasts multiple dining options, including
an après ski bar and grill, one of the largest mountainside event spaces in the
U.S. and provides direct access to Deer Valley’s pair of ski terrains.
- Grand Hyatt Grand
Cayman Resort & Spa – Anticipated in
2025, this property situated near Seven Mile Beach will feature 382 elegant guestrooms,
over 47,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space, a
9,000-square-foot spa, six world-class dining venues, and one of the largest
ballrooms in the Cayman Islands.
- Grand Hyatt The
Red Sea – Expected in late
2025, this hotel will will be the first Grand Hyatt property on Shaura Island, anchoring
the transformative Red Sea Project on Saudi Arabia’s west coast. With 430
guestrooms and cutting-edge meeting and event spaces, it promises to be a spectacular
seaside hub for both leisure and business.
- Grand Hyatt Cancun
Beach Resort – Opening in 2026,
this property will be perched upon the eastern end of the Yucatan Peninsula,
offering 500 guestrooms with views over the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and Isla
Mujeres. It will feature 11 dining venues, six bars, a sprawling spa and over
16,000 square feet of ultra-modern event facilities.
- Grand Hyatt Jaipur – Slated for 2026,
this will be the brand's first hotel in Rajasthan, India. Sitting on 21 acres,
it will feature 409 guestrooms, expansive indoor and outdoor event spaces, restaurants,
bars, a club lounge, pools, spa and an entertainment zone for guests in every
age bracket.
- Grand Hyatt Los
Cabos – Opening in 2026,
the property will represent the first Grand Hyatt hotel in Mexico’s
Baja California Sur. It will offer 300 guestrooms, over 20,000 square feet
of event space and access to more than 1,200 acres of experiences across the
OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf private resort community. Highlights include a
world-class 18-hole golf course designed by Gold Hall of Famer, Ernie Els.
- Grand Hyatt St.
Lucia – Set to debut in
2026, this will be the brand's first venture in St. Lucia, situated on the
southwestern corner of the island in Sunset Bay. With 345 guestrooms, it will
also boast three dining options, three pools and over 20,000 square feet of
event space.
- Grand
Hyatt Bangalore – Scheduled for 2027
in the popular and sophisticated Indian suburb of Whitefield, this hotel will
feature 400 guestrooms, diverse dining options, complete with entertainment,
and more than 37,000 square feet of event spaces for conventions, weddings, and
more.
Between now and
the end of 2027, the Grand Hyatt brand also foresees itself opening a few more hotel
locations around the globe, including Grand Hyatt Suzhou Bay (2026), Grand
Hyatt Hohhot (2027), Grand Hyatt Yantai Laishan (2027) and Grand Hyatt Madinah
(2027).
