Hotels & Resorts is expanding with the launch of a new Intercontinental
Hotels & Resorts property in Orlando, Florida, set to open in 2028.
Located on Orlando’s renowned International Drive,
InterContinental Orlando was designed to exude approachable sophistication with
distinct offerings designed to complement the vibrancy of the city. The new
hotel will feature 700 guestrooms, including 84 suites.
Guests looking for inspired epicurean experiences will enjoy
the property’s five restaurants and bars, including a full-service restaurant,
a specialty restaurant, a lobby bar and lounge, a coffee shop as well as a pool
bar and grill.
Intercontinental Orlando’s 15,000 square feet of spa and
wellness amenities includes a pool and fitness center. The hotel also boasts
approximately 106,000 square feet of meeting and event space in addition to a
business center and signature Club InterContinental lounge.

According to the hotel giant, both leisure and business
travelers will appreciate the hotel’s proximity to world-famous theme parks,
such as Disney World and the forthcoming Universal Epic Universe, sports
entertainment, distinctive dining experiences and premier shopping as well as
the Orange County Convention Center.
