JetBlue calls itself "New York's Hometown Airline" with other focus cities in Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Orlando and San Juan. Known for its inflight service, free TV and low fares, JetBlue claims the most legroom in coach of any U.S. airline (based on average fleetwide seat pitch). JetBlue also offers its own Customer Bill of Rights, with specific compensation for customers inconvenienced by service disruptions within JetBlue's control. JetBlue serves 71 cities with 700 daily flights. It plans to launch service to Providence, R.I., as well as to Cartagena, Colombia; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; and Samana, Dominican Republic this November, and to Charleston, S. C. in early 2013. With JetBlue, all seats are assigned, all fares are one-way, and an overnight stay is never required. JetBlue's has partnerships with a number of international airlines.
