Pleasant
Holidays, along with its luxury brand, Journese,
has just rolled out a new travel advisor incentive, offering up to $3,000 in
bonuses for booking group stays at select Marriott Hotels & Resorts around
the world. This incentive applies to contracted groups of 10 or more rooms, and
FIT Boutique Groups of five or more rooms.
To qualify, bookings must be made by
December 20, 2024, for travel through December 31, 2026.
The new bonus
incentive covers nearly 100 participating Marriott properties located across the
continental United States, Hawaii, Mexico, Central America, Europe, the Middle
East and Asia. At most of these locations, Pleasant Holidays and Journese are
doubling the standard Group Booking Bonus, and at select properties, they are
tripling it.
“Pleasant Holidays
and Journese offer award-winning service and support for multi-generational
families, business incentive travel, friends’ gatherings, weddings, honeymoons
and any travel party requiring five or more rooms,” said Jack E. Richards,
President and CEO. “This expanded booking bonus from Marriott Hotels &
Resorts offers a generous incentive for booking Groups and Boutique Groups at
some of the world’s most in-demand hotels and resorts.”
In addition to the
new booking bonus, many of the participating Marriott hotels and resorts are
offering added perks for travelers, including more lenient rooming list
deadlines, favorable attrition terms, room upgrades, in-room amenities and
welcome drinks.
Travel advisors also have the opportunity to earn TRIP Points
for every Group or Boutique Group reservation they make. These rewards points
can be redeemed toward the advisors’ own personal vacations through Pleasant
Holidays and Journese, covering a wide range of destinations and travel
experiences, including river or ocean cruises.
The two tour companies
also emphasize the importance of selling customers on travel insurance, which
comes with up to 100 percent commission protection, and includes options like
Cancel-For-Any-Reason coverage to promote peace of mind for travelers and
advisors alike.
Bonuses will be
issued to travel agencies after the group travel is completed, with a maximum
payout of $3,000 per advisor or agency, per group. Agency management approval
is required for individual travel advisor rewards.
