Ponant is launching a new series of themed cruises in 2025 featuring experts and special guests.
In June, for example, travelers can explore Sicily and Italy’s Adriatic Coast aboard Le Bougainville on a culinary cruise hosted by Maureen Fant, a food writer and cookbook author recognized by the James Beard Foundation.
In July, they can explore world affairs and history in the Baltic aboard Le Lapérouse with foreign correspondent Robin Wright.
And, in October, they can embark on a musical exploration of Ireland and France aboard Le Bellot with Boston Pops conductor Keith Lockhart. That same month, Ponant will offer a cultural exploration of southern Spain and Portugal aboard L’Austral featuring peacebuilder Aziz Abu Sarah.
“With robust expert-led enrichment tailored to pique a unique range of interests—whether gastronomy, history, or culture—these bespoke voyages offer enriching onboard programs and illuminating shoreside experiences to reveal each destination through a distinct lens,” says Samuel Chamberlain, Ponant’s chief executive officer of the Americas.
“The result is journeys that exceed expectations and deepen both understanding and connection on a profoundly personal level," Chamberlain continued.
