Signature Travel Network added 139 new partners in 2022.

Signature's Hotels & Resorts Collection welcomed the addition of 115 new hotels, complementing the current collection and bringing the total number of hotels to more than 1175.

New international destinations include Namibia, Alula, Shaharut, Bacalar, and Jakarta, with hotel additions to existing markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, The Florida Keys, Paris, Rome, Maldives, and Riviera Maya. Kerzner's Bab al Shams in Dubai, as part of their Rare Finds brand, has joined as a partner in Signature's First program, a comprehensive marketing initiative supporting new and newly renovated hotels to generate awareness and sales prior to opening.

The land and specialty supplier portfolio expanded with three new preferred partners, Premier Golf LLC, which focuses on golf vacations and golf event packages, and Space Perspective, which will offer travelers the opportunity to fly to the edge of space in a carbon-neutral spaceship. Signature also added National Geographic Expeditions to the land portfolio earlier this year.

Additionally, Signature advisors will gain access to partners Abercrombie & Kent Brazil, Abercrombie & Kent Saudi Arabia, and Islands Routes, expanding the portfolio of Destination Specialists that now encompasses 91 partners servicing 120 countries.

Explora Journeys, added to Signature's cruise portfolio in May 2022, continues to prove that they are a great partner. Delivering what advisors need to be successful, Explora Journeys includes a rolling commission program that pays on all funds received and provides additional bonus commission on add-ons plus no NCFs.

Signature continues to serve members through the training and marketing support offered by Tourism Board partners. New partners added in 2022 include Indigenous Association of Canada, Tourism Nova Scotia, Tourism New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador Tourism, Tourism Prince Edward Island, Quebec Tourism, Quebec City Tourism, Travel Manitoba, Tourism Saskatchewan, Tourism Yukon Territory, Travel Alberta, Tenerife Tourism, Bermuda Tourism Authority, Qatar Tourism, Ecuador Tourism Board, and Tourism NSW (New South Wales).

"Our destination partners played an essential role during the pandemic and as countries reopened, ensuring Signature advisors had access to the most up-to-date destination information needed to effectively serve their clients. Record destination partner attendance at Signature's 2022 Conference, and high demand for all destination training opportunities, reaffirms the importance of these relationships to sell travel today," said Christine (Chris) Alestra, vice president of tourism board and air partnerships. "I'm grateful for the support of all our long-term and new partners. I'm especially excited for our new partnership with the Indigenous Association of Canada, whose national direction ensures our collaboration leverages best practices to serve indigenous cultures across Canada. Signature is proud to be a part of this important work and we will continue to expand our partnerships to amplify priorities of indigenous tourism associations around the globe."

"Strong preferred partnerships are key to Signature's success, and the new partners we have added this year are in very good company," added Phil Cappelli, senior vice president of preferred partnerships. "Their high-quality products set them all apart, but it's their commitment to excellent service to our members and their guests that made them all perfect complements to our preferred portfolio."
