Amstar DMC is marking its 35th anniversary with a comprehensive rebranding that goes far beyond a simple visual refresh.
Announced by Ray Snisky, Group President of ALG Vacations and Amstar, at the Ascend conference in October 2024, the rebrand represents a strategic evolution of the company's approach to customer service. The new visual identity artfully blends the company's rich history with a forward-looking vision.
The logo has been redesigned, transforming map markers and speech bubbles into an abstract four-point bloom. This symbolic design marries Amstar's signature yellow and blue colors while paying homage to the brand's iconic floral shirts. The shirts themselves have been updated with a more elegant design, featuring a soft blue logo flower that maintains the company's recognizable aesthetic.
But the transformation is more than skin-deep. Amstar is introducing a customer-centric approach dubbed "Destination: You" that emphasizes personalized service and transformative experiences. The company plans to implement significant technological enhancements, including improvements to their airport transfer services and standardized communication across all 32 destinations.
Set to fully roll out in January 2025, the rebranding represents Amstar's commitment to staying ahead in a competitive market. By combining nostalgic elements with modern design and technology, the company is positioning itself as a dynamic and customer-focused travel partner.
From its airport representatives in the new uniforms to its comprehensive communication strategy, Amstar is proving that 35 years of experience can coexist beautifully with innovation and fresh thinking.
