Travel advisor consortium Ensemble has announced the launch of its first-of-a-kind
Hotel Cruise Amenity Program offering exclusive hotel benefits and private port
transfers for cruise clients.
Available only to Ensemble members, the program offers a
significant enhancement to the overall
travel experience, delivering superior value for both advisors and their
clients.
Currently in its pilot phase, the program is being launched
in key cruise hubs—Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Seattle, and Vancouver—with plans to
expand to additional cities in the near future.
Through this initiative, Ensemble members can offer their
clients the luxury hotel amenities they expect, such as room upgrades,
breakfast, early check-in, and late check-out, but also provide private
transfers to their cruise port that ensures a seamless journey and simplifies
the travel experience.
"We are incredibly proud to be leading the way with
this innovative program," said Beth Butzlaff, Senior Vice President of
Partner Relations at Ensemble. "At Ensemble, we’re always looking for ways
to enhance the value our members can provide to their clients. This program
does just that by combining the premium benefits of hotel stays with the
convenience of private transfers to the port, offering a truly seamless start
to a client's cruise vacation.”
She added, “It’s a game-changer for travel advisors looking
to differentiate their services in a competitive market, and it underscores
Ensemble's commitment to providing best-in-class experiences."
The Hotel Cruise Amenity Program is designed to offer
Ensemble members a competitive edge, to attract and retain cruise clients by
offering added-value services that streamline the pre-cruise experience.
Clients can enjoy a luxurious, worry-free stay at their
hotel while preparing for their voyage, knowing their port transportation needs
are handled.
